How to use our services.

Step 1 . Make An Informed Choice.
To ensure online counselling is the best support for you, please familiarise yourself with our website, specifically our Terms of Service and Privacy pages. |
Step 2 . Go to our Reception area. Click on NEW CLIENT and complete our short "Getting to know you" Questionnaire.
Your responses will assist your counsellor to gain an initial understanding of what is concerning you.
(tip: to ensure an accurate and helpful response, please be as specific as possible.) |
Step 3 . Check Your Email Inbox.
Your counsellor will send an Email to the address you submitted on the Questionnaire, within 24 hours of receiving your payment. This email will contain instructions on how to login. |
Step 4 . Make Your Purchase.
When you login to our Reception, you will be able to choose an appointment time that suits you. once you have chosen, and confirmed your appointment, simply make your payment using our secure  link. It is that simple. Log on when it is your appointment and click on the button to start your session.
